The Township of Mulmur is seeking bids for all costs associated with the design, supply, and installation of a new multi-purpose tennis, pickleball, and basketball court at the Township’s municipal office. All Work detailed in this Scope of Work will take place at the Township of Mulmur’s municipal office, located at 758070 2^nd Line East, Mulmur, ON. The property is located in the hamlet of Terra Nova and is approximately 7.6 acres. Located on this property are the Township’s administrative office, and public works facilities, including the public works shop, salt dome, etc. The property has one entrance from the roadway of 2^nd Line East, an upper-level parking lot shared by the admin building and public works, and a lower-level parking lot located south of the administrative building. 

The Township has allocated a maximum budget of $250,000 CAD (excluding HST) for this project. The Township requires that all Work, including site preparation, court construction, surfacing, markings, fencing, amenities, and final landscaping, be completed by no later than July 31, 2026.
